We were facing a generational shift in the business. OT convinced us to use it as an opportunity to take a strategic look at the business. One of the most important was to add a CFO with broad industry experience. That recommendation allowed me to focus on planning and implementing development projects. Our business made significant leaps and continues to do very well.
