While the board had complete confidence in the CEO, we felt that that there was a window of opportunity to monetize our investment and exit the business. OT was thorough in exploring all options. They focused on the unique profitability of the business model and used it as a selling point. OT identified large national and multi-national firms who could benefit from our assets. They were tireless in making in happen. We were more than pleased with their executing the significant sale of this business.
